All ETM craftsmen / engineers work exclusively on switchgear and power delivery equipment. Additionally, each switchgear craftsman has attended a Switchgear Certification Program through General Electric's Training and Development Center. The program consists of intensive training and hands-on experience which ensures that ETM's workers perform a safe, reliable, and efficient job.

DARRELL SHARPE Over thirty (30) years of extensive experience with Power Delivery Equipment such as Transformers, Relays, Electric Motors, Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers, Vacuum Breakers, Motor Control Centers and associated Equipment.
MARK KOCH Over twenty-five (25) years of experience with Industrial Electrical Equipment such as Transformers, 15kV Air Interrupter Switches, Low and Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers, Relays, 4160 Volt Motor Starters, and Motor Control Centers.
CLYDE LeGEAR Over thirty (30) years of experience with Industrial and Utility Power Distribution including Power Factor testing, Protective Relay testing and calibration, Generator maintenance and inspection. Extensive experience at trouble shooting all power distribution components.
DEAN PANNELL An employee of Memphis Light Gas and Water for twenty-six (26) years involved in Power Distribution Maintenance and Inspection. Ten (10) additional years experience with Industrial and Utility Power Distribution including Power Factor testing, Protective Relay testing and calibration, Transformers, 15kV Air Interrupter Switches, Low and Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers.
